Wizards Play Network retailer content
I create, substantially revise, or complete editorial QA for retailer-facing articles, FAQs, segmented emails, instructional scripts, and interface copy. As of September 2026, 19 articles I worked on are live.
Editor & Content Specialist
I write and edit retailer-facing content for the Wizards Play Network. A big part of that work is making sure an article matches current program guidance, the retailer dashboard, and the other content a store might rely on.
Before Wizards, I edited books, engineering and legal reports, training materials, and product content. That background is probably why I notice the sentence that reads fine by itself and causes problems when you put it next to everything else.
My contract at Wizards is tied to a project that’s wrapping up, so I’m looking for my next role in content, communications, editorial operations, or publishing. I’m based in Seattle and open to hybrid or remote work.

“I had the pleasure of working with Becca Shreves on my first book Pockets of Promise. She approached the project with enthusiasm and excitement. Her edits and queries – delivered in a clear and timely manner - helped polish the manuscript and strengthen the story. As a result, I became a better writer. I highly recommend her and look forward to working with her again in the future.”

“Becca's work is exemplary. She helped us update a novella we'd written years earlier, and it looks quite fresh now. Her edits were insightful and on target. Her ability to communicate clearly and professionally is also outstanding. Cover letters, emails, and in-text comments were clear and friendly and meaningful. She managed our project skillfully. The agreed-upon schedule was reasonable, and deadlines were met consistently. We recommend her in the highest terms!”
